Dubai Investment Properties LLC (DIP LLC) urges people in Dubai and across UAE to“Stay At Home” as a precautionary measure to prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. DIP LLC fully supports the UAE authorities alongwith the "Ministry of Health and Prevention" and the "National Authority for Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management" to fight the spread of COVID-19 through the sterilization programme.

DIPLLC through its retail properties Sunset Mall and Palm Strip Mall has also launched a campaign on social media to support Dubai authorities’ directive for people to stay at home. The Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management in coordination with the Command and Control Centre for Combating COVID-19, on Saturday April 4, 2020, announced the extension of the sterilization programme to 24 hours a day, for 2 more weeks across all areas and communities in the emirate. Hence Sunset Mall, Palm Strip Mall and Twin Towers will continue to be closed till further updates however Carrefour Market and Al Manara Pharmacy will remain open in Sunset Mall while Life Pharmacy will be open in PalmStrip. Residents who wish to leave home for essential purchases must register on the new online permit facility for a movement permit. Only 1 member of the household may go out and all people coming in to one of the above malls should wear a mask & gloves and ensure they keep a safe distance from others.
